This series of products use JB/T9050.1-1999 standard production of hard-toothed surface transmission device,which has two parts of the reducer and distribution box.It's special products of conical twin-screw extruder.
1.Highly effective element-analysis equipment
Highly effective element-analysis equipment and DIN 5 gear-rating standards are adopted for stress analysis and optimized gear design, minimizing gear-engagement i***ct and noise for prolonged durability.
2.Hardened gears
Made of carburizing steel (Forging), go through normalization heat treatment for forged carburizing steel; and gear faces are also nitride-treated to at least 60HRC hardness for optimal rigidity and carburizing depth 0.8-1.1MM and wear resistance.
3.Super-rigid housing
Made of gray cast-iron QT250, tempered to minimize stress, hot deformation, and work well under vibration and i***ct.
4.Smooth gear-reduction mechanism
Featuring gears that mesh precisely, quiet spiral-gear drive for minimal backlash and high torque output.
5.Precision-ground gear surfaces
